Be A Tooth Fairy For a Child in Need

Tooth decay is the most common childhood disease. Left untreated this bacterial infection can leave children vulnerable to a lifetime of systemic illness, from diabetes to heart disease.
Many parents are not aware that their child even has a cavity until the child is in pain. Untreated cavities can damage a child’s school performance, ability to eat and thrive, their sense of self-worth and long-term well-being.

Given the breadth and consequences of the problem, the irony is that nearly all childhood dental disease is preventable.

Sign up to “Be a Tooth Fairy!” for a child in need. Participating organizations prominently display an attractive spare-change collection canister in a busy location such a reception area or a cafeteria for the duration of their choosing.

These donations make it possible for children to be pain free and healthy! With your support, Forsyth staff can continue to provide critical preventive dental care to underserved children in Massachusetts schools.

Spare change can add up:

  • $5 covers the cost of sealants for one child
  • $25 buys a package of 16 fluoride treatments
  • $164 provides a child with two exams and two treatments
